While making our own home more sustainable, I thought that Dover's toys and treats were probably the easiest switch I could make! I began searching for earth friendly toys and realized they were not so easy to find. That is when Pure Earth Pets was born! I wanted to simplify finding sustainable options for our pets and help reduce waste in the pet industry. With over 300 million pounds of plastic pet food and treat bags generated in the US each year, I knew I had to do something to help the environment while helping our pets.
That is how Pure Earth Pets was born. Servicing your pets with environmentally conscience items monthly right to your door!
As a small business owner myself, I knew first and foremost I wanted to support other small businesses. We aim to work with small batch, locally made in the USA companies that have your pet and the planet in mind. Doing this not only supports those growing companies, but it introduces you to new brands making a positive impact.
Each month, you and your pet will be thrilled with how you are reducing waste, recycling and enjoying the benefits of a more environmentally conscience life all while giving back. My passion is in fundraising and helping others, that's why, each month we select a customer nominated charity to donate a portion of our proceeds to! As a shelter dog mom myself, supporting those who give our pets the lives they deserve is super important to me! Check out the Charity of the Month page to see our impact so far!
Together, my husband John and I do the research on sustainable products and natural treats so you don't have to! We want to help you save the planet one biodegradable box at a time!
